Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in facilities management including facility, technical and team management. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field. - Experience in collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards. - Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment. - Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels.
