Job DetailsJob Location: 3750 CENTERVIEW DR - CHANTILLY, VA 20151Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 2 Year DegreeJob Category: ConstructionJOB SUMMARY: The Restoration Estimator is responsible for drafting and negotiating estimates for the National Estimating Center. The fundamental duties include compiling inspection notes and photographs from the production team, writing and uploading estimates, submitting necessary supporting documents, obtaining final approval, and communicating estimate approvals back to the production team. This position will employ relevant estimating software while collaborating and coordinating with appropriate stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a focus on estimating GC and Mitigation projects valued under $50,000. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create a written estimate for work in the carrier-preferred estimating software (such as Xactimate or CoreLogic Estimate), or utilizing Jenkins’ preferred estimating method if the job is not insurance-related.
