Now we’re looking for a ORM Consultant What you will do: - Monitor brand mentions across social media platforms, forums, and online communities (including Reddit, Quora, and regional platforms) - Consult on reputation management on platforms, including fostering a neutral and positive discussion protocols - Respond to negative reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner, de-escalating conflicts and turning detractors into neutral or positive voices - Develop and implement ORM strategies to improve overall brand perception in LATAM market...
