What You’ll Be Part Of: The Role As the Director of People Operations, you will be overseeing the People Operations team, systems, processes, and data that support our 300+ employees. Your mission is to create a seamless, high-touch employee lifecycle—from a candidate’s first offer letter to their long-term career development—while ensuring we remain compliant, efficient, and data-driven.
