About the role As a Senior Data Center Technician in the Operations team, you will play a central role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of Keepit's data center infrastructure. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with regular on-site presence in our European datacenters, when hands-on work is needed. Beyond routine maintenance, we'd love for you to bring scripting and automation skills to the table. If you can help automate firmware updates, standardize configuration management, and reduce the manual toil that comes with managing hardware at scale, you'll fit right in. You will work closely with engineering and operations colleagues to anticipate infrastructure needs, make smart purchasing decisions, and keep our data centers running smoothly at all times. You will: Day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of data center hardware and infrastructure. Physical hardware troubleshooting, replacement, and upkeep during on-site visits.
