Job description

Experienced Specialist within the Manufacturing Machine Operations job family. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Collaboration & Interaction: Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. Experienced Specialist (Hourly) Qualifications: Position Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience in cold heading, pointing, and/or threading preferred. - Capable of using standard tools and measurement devices such as micrometers, scales, rulers, depth gauges and calipers. - Ability to interpret safety instructions, job orders, blueprints, quality specifications, and other related documents. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong math and mechanical reasoning skills. - Ability to contribute as part of a team. - Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills. - Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. - Positive can-do attitude.
