Job Description Zone Manager – DRP Implementation ( North Central Region and Northeast Region) The Zone Manager – DRP Implementation primary responsibility is to coach and train the DRP Implementation Managers on GM’s Digital Retail Platform strategy, process and platform while also directly supervising the teams located in North Central and Northeast regions. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director – DRP Implementation, the Zone Manager – DRP Impl eme ntation is responsible for the following tasks : - Develop team capability in GM’s Digital Retail Platform strategy, process, and platform. - Coach and train DRP Implementation Managers to strengthen platform knowledge, improve implementation efficiency, and drive adoption of best practices. - Lead day-to-day team management, including direct supervision of DRP Implementation Managers across multiple SSM regions. - Establish, monitor , and improve team KPIs to measure DRP implementation success and overall team performance. - Provide insights into the team on DRP utilization and dealer activities. - Build consistency across regions by standardizing implementation processes, playbooks, and performance expectations. - Provide f...
