Your Opportunity as Distribution Coordinator The coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry of shipment related information, as well as processing shipments, providing confirmation of shipments to customers, and receiving incoming shipments. Location: Edgerton, KS: Pay: $25.22: Reports To: Distribution Supervisor: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Complete all shipment transactions into Blue Yonder in a timely manner. - Use other associated programs as needed (IMI, Oracle, E2 Open, Google Docs). - Respond to carrier requests (via phone or electronically) for shipment tracking and/or tracing and communicate any delays to order originators. - Compile data for management analysis on an as needed basis (audits). - Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies via research in Blue Yonder. - Maintain files for shipping and receiving daily. - Prepare necessary backorder and/or other communications to internal and external customers on an as needed basis (order status, timing, etc.). - May perform kitting, labeling, or other duties prior to shipping products, as necessary. - Prepare necessary documents for shipping and receiving goods. - Ability to prioriti...
