Job Summary: As an Assistant Manager, you're a part of the leadership team. You help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. You'll provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance. You will also collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support as needed.
