About the position: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project billing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate AIA invoices or service billings monthly per customer invoicing schedules and/or requirements (Lien Waivers, Sworn Statements, Stored Materials, etc.) and upload as required to third party systems.
