Role Summary: 1) Detailed Duties / Role Expectations & Responsibilities 2) Skills and Qualifications 3) What’s in it for You? - Own the account’s end‑to‑end technology and service solution, from bid through run. - Lead complex multi–service line transformations, service integration, and operational excellence. - Act as trusted advisor to customer IT leadership; shape the roadmap and innovation portfolio. - Own the E2E technology & service solution for the account; maintain visibility of risks/issues and drive proactive service improvement and innovation. - Lead across the lifecycle: Shaping/Winning, Transforming, Executing and Growing, ensuring solutions are deliverable and value‑accretive. - Define the account technology roadmap aligned to the customer’s IT strategy; manage the innovation portfolio, shape and review transformative proposals. - Provide technical guidance during complex Major Incidents; ensure learnings feed into problem management and continuous improvement. - Coordinate architects (incl.
