Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 – Healthcare Food for Cooper University Hospital , a 635-bed academic medical center and the leading health system in South Jersey . Cooper provides comprehensive primary, specialty, tertiary, and urgent care services across a dynamic healthcare campus. This leader will oversee multiple retail outlets, including a main cafeteria, four coffee kiosks, and grab-and-go concepts. The ideal candidate is a hands-on retail operator with healthcare experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven to increase sales, elevate service, and develop strong frontline teams. Note: A valid driver’s license is required (weekly travel between retail locations).
