Our Legal & Corporate Governance function plays a key role in enabling innovation while protecting trust, managing risk and meeting regulatory expectations. About the Role: We are looking for a senior lawyer to take on the role of Legal Director, Privacy & Data to lead ANZ’s enterprise‑wide legal capability in privacy, data protection and data‑driven technologies, including artificial intelligence. This is a senior leadership role with broad organisational impact. You will lead the Privacy & Data Legal team, which acts as the centre of excellence for privacy and data law, partnering closely with Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Security and Divisional Legal teams to deliver pragmatic, commercially aligned legal advice in a complex and evolving regulatory environment, across Australia and ANZ’s global operations.
