Position Summary... As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. What you'll do... What You’ll Do: Be a Leader: Lead and inspire a team of Tire & Battery Center associates to execute the business plan and deliver exceptional member service. Set clear goals, expectations, and service standards. Advocate for the member, the associate, and the company—every day. Partner with cross‑functional team leaders to deliver a seamless total‑club experience. Be the Expert: Maintain deep knowledge of tire and battery service standards, safety and compliance protocols, equipment operation, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, and seasonal trends. Train and upskill your team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
