Senior Implementation DevSecOps Engineer

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to prioritize work, estimate effort, and plan sprint‑level deliverables. Coordinate and lead software Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility, scalability, and applicability of solutions. Partner with Program Management and Product teams to track feature development, dependencies, and milestone execution. Identify, evaluate, and actively mitigate project risks; escalate issues when required and drive resolution. Ensure compliance with Aptiv Product Development Process, engineering standards, and governance requirements. Establish and continuously improve project management best practices, tools, and delivery frameworks. Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Support onboarding scalability and delivery excellence within the SW Performance organization. Use GitHub as a central source code platform, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and quality enforcement.
