What's the role? We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition(TA) professional to strengthen and support our amazing and international TA team based in Poland, Germany & The Netherlands. HERE is growing rapidly and we need someone who can independently manage and drive recruitment for various departments across the EMEA region. You will be part of an experienced and collaborative team, handling with Tech and Business recruitment. In this role you will: - Partner closely with hiring teams to understand their requirements,what great talent looks like and turn that into clear, compelling role briefs. - Work with our HR friends in operations, benefits, compensation, L&D, ensuring we're seen and acting as one HR team! - Get creative with sourcing — from LinkedIn and AI tools to communities, events, and new channels you’re curious to explore.
