Ensure machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably through constant review of PM and condition based programs, revising as needed. Provide guidance and technical support to maintenance technicians in the proper installation of new and repair of existing equipment. Provide technical support and oversight in the acquisition, installation, operation, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing equipment. Assist in developing departmental objectives in areas of Safety, Quality, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards are incorporated into new designs and manufacturing improvements.
