The Business Analyst is a versatile role that serves as a key representative for Group Insurance administration in the development of process & technology solutions. You will support the design, shape, and execute initiatives by analyzing existing processes and systems, helping to assist the teams to build tools that are constituent-focused while also ensuring practicality within existing business rules. This role works closely with IT, product owners, and business partners, to support the agile development process and functional business initiatives. Deep subject matter expertise of GI service functions is required for the role with primary focus on Group Universal/Variable Life Products.
