Job Description Job Title: Senior Control System Engineer – Certification Liaison Working Pattern: Fulltime: Working location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid working) Rolls-Royce is looking for a Senior Control System Certification Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on flagship Rolls-Royce programs and play a vital role in solving some of the most complex and interesting technological challenges in the industry while being part of a global, multi-disciplinary team. As a Senior Control System Certification Engineer, you will be the owner of obtaining certification authority approval of the control system, software, and airborne electronic hardware aspects of engine certification. To be successful you must use guidance from the appropriate revision of DO-178, DO-254, ARP4754 and supporting supplements. You will be responsible for communicating the certification approach, and the planning and compliance substantiation for the system, software, and airborne electronic hardware.
