Reporting to the Project Centre Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following: 1. To provide accurate estimates on projects in a timely manner. 2. To support the development of relationships and promote high-level customer satisfaction through trust, service, and integrity . 3. To participate in the development of products and services to improve profit and increase customer satisfaction. 4. To be familiar with all lines of merchandise handled in the department. 5. To place and be responsible for special orders with suppliers to fill customer requirements. 6. To forward information regarding deliveries to the shipper. 7. To be responsible for accurate billing of all merchandise sold by the employee. 8. To be responsible for completing claims and invoices. 9. To enter accurate and timely information. 10. To support the Contractor Sales Rep in account management of current and future customer accounts. 11. To assist in preparing and maintaining reports as required. 12. To assist on the service counter or on the sales floor as required. 13. To perform any administrative duties as required. 14.
