Job description

Overview The Restaurant General Manager oversees the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including IRD operations, pool operations, the three-meal restaurant Garni Cafe, and the nightlife venue Nectar Room. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with menu planning, maintaining sanitation and service standards, and providing hands-on operational support to managers and team members during peak service periods. The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across all outlets by continually improving guest and team member satisfaction, identifying training and development needs, and implementing action plans to achieve departmental goals. This role maintains a strong focus on financial performance, superior guest service, team member engagement, labor management, operational consistency, and overall guest and team member satisfaction.
