Job Title: Technical Trainer Job Category: Training: Time Type: Full time: Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular: Percentage of Travel Required: None: Type of Travel: None: - * * The Opportunity: As a Trainer, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering in-person and virtual training pertaining to end user IT tools/technology such as Service Now, Microsoft 365, and other administrative tools and software. Candidates will research, design, develop and evaluate training courses ensuring the content, structure and follow-on assessments align with learning outcomes and objectives. As part of the FEMA team, you'll coordinate with developers and business analysts to ensure targeted services are promoted prior to new IT capability release. Responsibilities: Support the development of training activities and programs to include training system admins and/or super users.
