Solution Design Manager Position Summary: The Solution Design Manager plays a key role in shaping how prospects and c ustomers understand and adopt athenahealth’s solutions. This role leads strategic discovery, evaluates business needs, and develops clear, compelling solution recommendations that support organizational goals. The position is based in a hybrid work environment and requires collaboration across S ales, Customer Success , and other internal teams. This role reports to the Director of Customer Solutions Group . About the Team: The Solution Design team partners closely with Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success , Integration Services and Product to guide prospects and customers through solution evaluation and adoption. The team’s mission is to translate business needs into actionable solution strategies that demonstrate value and drive long-term success.
