This role serves as the administrative and coordination backbone of the team, supporting Maintenance Manager & Supervisor, scheduling internal technicians and external contractors, and ensuring work orders are properly assigned, completed, and financially reconciled. Acting as the key link between Whistler Platinum and our approved trade partners, this position requires strong communication, organization, financial oversight, and problem-solving skills.
