JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY: Serves as the primary facilitator of coursework for associates within an assigned region or segment. Training specialists provide timely and effective delivery of training content to their internal clients. Responsible for managing and maintaining labs, as well as working with appropriate leadership and our learning design resources to schedule and deliver training.
