Job Description: Your Role at Raising Cane’s: The Regional Leader of Recruiting is responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for restaurant management positions and providing strategic support for crewmember hiring within a specific region. This role is also responsible for leading a team of Area Leaders of Recruiting. This role partners directly with Regional Business Unit Team leadership to assess hiring needs, execute near and long-term strategies to ensure all new restaurants open fully staffed and all existing Restaurants maintain optimal staffing levels.
