Job Title: Nocturnist: Location: York, PA: Employment Type: Full-time: What You’ll Champion: - Hiring to maintain adequate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) staffing to support ED holds, ED Observation (EDOP) patients, and triage/transfer responsibilities. - 7‑on / 7‑off rotation (Monday–Sunday) with 12‑hour night shifts (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), including coverage of any holidays that fall within the scheduled rotation. - Provide comprehensive inpatient floor coverage, including bedside patient evaluations, assistance with code responses, medication management, and clinical support across all inpatient units (excluding the ICU). - Join a high‑volume, fast‑paced hospital environment, averaging 300 patients per night, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience. - Required qualifications: Adult‑Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in acute or inpatient care.
