We are seeking a dependable, skilled Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations and upkeep of multiple commercial properties. This role requires hands-on maintenance abilities as well as strong coordination skills to ensure repairs and tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week , with occasional additional hours required based on weather conditions, emergencies, or property needs.
