Senior Associate, Digital Strategist- Talent Marketing As a Digital Strategist on our Talent Marketing team, you’ll help shape the future of our Careers website and digital candidate experience. You’ll deliver well-designed and intuitive digital products to position Capital One as an employer of choice and help candidates understand our employer value proposition. Through engaging content and experiences, you’ll entice prospective candidates to consider a career with us, help them engage and navigate the expansive offerings of our Careers website and blog. You’ll also shape the evolution of our digital strategy as we aim to be at the forefront of engaging candidates through innovative products, platforms and channels.
