Process Sustaining Engineering Technician 4 (EPI / Implant) This role sustains EPI and Implant manufacturing modules by reviewing, troubleshooting, and dispositioning aberrant lots and process excursions in the fab. The technician spends the majority of each shift working hands‑on in the semiconductor cleanroom, directly supporting tools and processes.
