Team Introduction The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational aspects related to Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs), ensuring smooth execution and adherence. - Develop, document, and implement SOPs to drive consistency and efficiency in operations. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, compliance teams, and operational units, to standardize best practices. - Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies across global operations. - Conduct regular reviews and updates of SOPs to align with evolving business needs and regulatory changes. - Analyze operational workflows and identify areas for process optimization and risk mitigation. - Provide training and guidance to teams on SOP adherence and implementation. - Act as an escalation po...
