The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers with the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for: The buying and selling of foreign currencies Money transfers (Western Union): Credit card advances, Bus tours, E-Sim, P-Sims and much more. Additional Information: It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate and build a rapport with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs. The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales who can promote our products and services whilst working towards and achieving targets.
