*Please note this is a North Vancouver location* Canadian Tire – North Vancouver is looking for an energetic and committed Full Time Certified Mechanic to join our shop. The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: - Perform inspections, repairs, maintenance, and installations efficiently, safety and accurately according to the dealer’s and manufacture’s guidelines. - Diagnosis and document in detail the cause of concerns and related repair. - Work closely and communicate freely with other members of the team. This will include, but is not limited to other technicians and apprentices, parts consultants, service advisors, and sales personnel. - Inspect all vehicle for safety and operation and notify advisors immediately if additional repairs are required. - Perform road tests as a quality check to verify the work performed. - Provide guidance and support to any assigned apprentices. - Maintain a clean and professional workspace. - Ability to mult...
