REPORTS TO: Craft Department Manager Overall purpose of job: To work within department to achieve minimum production time, standards and quality in keeping with company policies, while maintaining a positive and motivated team environment. SUMMARY: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability desired. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: - Must be able to follow directions and work with limited supervision. - Must be willing to develop other team member’s skill levels. - Efficiently track all daily and weekly production progress for EVMS regulations. - Update and compile all department metrics. - Ensure the schedule is updated and turned in on time to department Leadership. - Produce weekly metrics based on weekly production progress. - Create Weekly CPI reports for Managers and Foremen. - Analyze Winsite data to produce accurate VARS and evaluate EVMS metrics in relation to the CAM’s control accounts. - Keep track of all Rework forms sent and all new charge nu...
