Job Description Summary: The Technical Service Representative (TSR) supports Aviagen Turkeys’ commitment to delivering genetic excellence and customer success. This role provides hands-on technical support to customers with an emphasis on turkey breeder production within the assigned region. There is the potential to undertake some sales responsibilities to drive performance, and support business growth. The TSR works collaboratively with the VP of Technical Services and the cross-functional team to implement customer-focused action plans that enhance product performance and increase market share.
