Primary Therapist (Adolescent Residential) Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat: Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Starting at $55,000 annually About Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat (HCRR) is a residential adolescent mental health treatment program dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate care in a warm and supportive environment. We serve adolescents ages 11–17 with a wide range of behavioral health needs and support them in becoming “the great person they were always meant to be.” We are seeking a Primary Therapist who is clinically strong, creative in their approach, and motivated to grow professionally while working with acute adolescent clients in a residential setting. Position Overview: The Primary Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy services to adolescent clients receiving residential treatment for mental health and co-occurring challenges, including self-harm, aggression, suicidal ideation, substance use, trauma, mood instability, depression, and anxiety.
