You’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose. As a Fast Track Case Manager, your role is to proactively manage and finalise lower-risk workers compensation claims. You’ll be responsible for triaging new claims, escalating complex matters to Liability Specialists, and ensuring all claims are handled in line with EML’s policies, procedures, and service standards and providing timely handover of accepted claims to our specialised teams.
