Reporting directly to the Vice President of Mitigation Operations, this role serves as the operational bridge between executive leadership and field teams by driving accountability, standardization, performance, and profitability throughout the organization. This position is ideal for an experienced mitigation professional who thrives in the field, enjoys coaching teams, auditing operations, solving problems, and ensuring locations consistently meet company standards in residential and commercial restoration services.
