Job DetailsJob Location: Hillcrest Country Club - Los Angeles, CA 90064Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayThe Grounds Gardener will play an important role in the maintenance of Hillcrest landscaping other than the golf course. Under the supervision of the Clubhouse Foreman, he or she will perform routine manual labor involved in maintaining Hillcrest’s landscaping so that it always meets club standards for beauty and top condition. The Grounds Gardener will typically perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance of the landscaping and outdoor areas of the Club. He or she will be familiar with the Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals and pesticides used and ensure they are used properly and in compliance with OSHA regulations. The Grounds Gardener will operate small hand-powered equipment and complete small construction projects. A careful steward of the equipment under his or her care, the Grounds Gardener will practice cleanliness, organization and always operate and maintain equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
