POSITION SUMMARY: The Surveillance Operator I is accountable to protect casino assets via CCTV. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive. Other reasonable duties may be assigned - Ensure the safety of employees and guests and protect the casinos assets via CCTV. - Clandestinely observe guests and employees on casino property for criminal activity and/or violations of the state gaming commission regulations and the company policies and procedures. Report observations to company and state officials when appropriate. - Record surveillance activity in daily log. - Completes all company required training successfully. - Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential. - Ability to refrain from fraternization with employees from other departments. WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard and telephone as well as radio equipment.
