Description We are seeking a strategic, people-focused Director of Field Operations to lead the performance and direction of all rental locations throughout Wisconsin. This role provides leadership, guidance, and accountability for the managers who run each location. This leader is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, fleet utilization, revenue generation (rental and ancillary sales), and delivering a Best-in-Class rental experience to all customers across all sites. The ideal candidate is a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands fleet-based operations, logistics, and knows how to build and develop strong, high performing teams. You will set expectations, drive execution, and ensure alignment across all locations by coaching managers, developing talent, and maintaining high standards for safety, service quality, fleet performance, and revenue growth.
