Position Summary Why join our team?: We are seeking a visionary Head of AI Strategy to drive digital transformation and process innovation across our European subsidiaries. In this role, you will define the regional AI roadmap, focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency. You will act as the primary bridge between our Global Headquarters (HQ) and European local subsidiaries to ensure alignment on AI tooling, data security governance, and strategic direction. Role and Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities: AI Strategy & Process Innovation: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for the European region. Identify high-impact opportunities within business processes to leverage AI for cost reduction and productivity enhancement. HQ Alignment & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact with Global HQ regarding AI solution adoption. Ensure European initiatives align with corporate direction and technological standards.
