Start: Immediately | Level: Head of | Location: Hamburg, remote | Type: Full time (40h/week) You own the build-up and scaling of our VMS Unit (Vitamins, Minerals, Supplements) within the ESN Brand. Your mandate: turn the category into a focused, high-performing growth engine — driven by clear strategic choices, strong commercial execution and disciplined prioritization. You operate with full business ownership : steering growth, profitability and complexity as if you were already running your own business. This role is located in the headquarter in Hamburg and offers a hybrid set up with around one time per month visits in the HQ.
