Job DetailsJob Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 Base+Commission/yearAs BDC Sales Professional, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing communications with potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential and previous customers. You are to model behaviors and a culture for success including integrity, respect, drive, community, fun and pride without ego, with self-confidence, and creativity. After 60 day training period, this position offers the opportunity to work remotely 2/5 shifts per week. Job Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Follow the sales pledge and process with all guests. Utilizes CRM to maximize sales opportunities and record accurate guest information. Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects into the dealership. Contact all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
