The Role: The Technical Sales Specialist, Managed Services plays a critical presales role in supporting the growth of our Managed Services business. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role partners closely with account executives, sales leadership, and technical teams to understand client challenges, position Presidio's Managed Services portfolio, and design tailored solutions that deliver measurable value. This individual will be instrumental in driving client conversations, performing discovery, developing proposals, and supporting the end-to-end sales process—from qualification to close. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical depth in managed services.
