FM Coordinator (Offshore)

Job description

Wood is recruiting an offshore FM Coordinator on a fixed term basis for CNOOC Buzzard. This is on a 2*2 rotation from Aberdeen. The fixed term duration is expected to be 4-5 years. The Offshore Fabric Maintenance Coordinator has overall ownership for the successful, safe, and compliant execution of all fabric maintenance, corrosion under insulation and passive fire Protection related work scopes. They are also responsible for scope optimisation, coating condition survey’s, material selection, QA/QC and cost optimisation during delivery of outlaid scopes. - Actively manage the Fabric Maintenance scope of work offshore and drive maximum efficiency during execution. - Identify opportunities to maximise efficiencies of existing infrastructure. i.e.scope location, scope grouping, scaffolding erected, ropes rigged, or habitat build. - Offers independence from the incumbent Fabric Maintenance contractor, Scoping, execution man hours, scope visibility, QA/QC, m2 completed, non-productive time. - Actively work with Offshore Inspection Engineer to ensure all release notes are available in due time for upcoming scopes. - Supports any execution cost initiatives such as coating and surface prep...
