About the Role: Morris & Dickson is seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Center Associate Supervisor for its new state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Olive Branch, Mississippi. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring the safe and accurate flow of products across our facility. You’ll manage and coach team leads and associates while maintaining compliance, quality standards, and productivity goals.
