Quality Analyst Department: Quality - Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: 600 City Parkway West 10th Floor, Orange, CA 92868 Reporting To: Ananya Chandra: Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 / year Description: We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Analyst – Quality to join our Quality - Strategy & Operations team. This role will focus on supporting performance improvement efforts across value-based care programs—including Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial populations—by analyzing program data, identifying actionable insights, and driving operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare data, translating performance trends into actionable recommendations, and supporting strategic decision-making to optimize program outcomes.
