Facilities & Workplace Services Senior Manager Role Context: You will be integrated into a multicultural and collaborative environment where workplace excellence, safety, and employee experience are critical contributors to business performance. In this role, you lead all on‑site Workplace Services activities and act as Coty’s representative within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to support business continuity and growth. Role Purpose: As Workplace Services Senior Manager, you are accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of workplace and facilities services at site level.
