The Regional Human Resources Representative is responsible for managing all employee and labor relations for a defined client group (branch locations/divisions), by partnering with branch management on all human resource related activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: - Work Location (In‑Office): This is an on‑site HR Representative role that requires regular travel between the San Francisco and San Mateo offices to support both locations consistently. - About the Role: This position is heavily focused on investigations, with approximately 90% of responsibilities dedicated to employee relations work across San Francisco and San Mateo.
